A Los Angeles native of Guatemalan descent, Byron earned his Bachelor of Science in Animation with a concentration in VFX and Game development, providing him with a strong foundation in both the artistic and technical aspects of the industry. His career is distinguished by his exceptional ability to resolve complex technical challenges. Byron possesses a wide range of software specialties, including Unreal Engine, Maya, TouchDesigner, Resolume, and virtual production pipeline and workflow creation. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Byron is passionate about creating 3D character animations, riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and enjoying a good horror movie marathon.

Senior Technical Art Director
With over a decade of design experience, Robert is the “guru” of Maya and Unreal Engine. He has collaborated with the masterminds at WET on some of the world’s most remarkable features, including the iconic Bellagio Fountain, the grandeur of the Dubai Expo, and the stunning Jewel at Changi Airport. His expertise lies in modeling architectural environments and creating hyper-real 3D renders that immerse viewers as if they were stepping into the scene. When he's not busy crafting visual masterpieces, you might find him exploring California’s food scene, always on the hunt for the best local dining spots.

FX Technical Artist
Eric is a technical artist specializing in creating visually stunning effects and immersive experiences. With expertise in Houdini and Unreal Engine, he brings complex simulations and real-time graphics to life. His experience with Stable Diffusion allows him to explore and implement cutting-edge techniques. He enjoys pushing the boundaries of what is possible through a combination of advanced hardware and software. A former skateboarder, Eric enjoys cruising through Los Angeles to visit his favorite skate spots.

Taos Whittaker
Unreal Technical Artist
Originally from England, with experiences living in France and growing up in Singapore, Taos has developed a diverse background both culturally and in visual effects. Holding a degree in VFX from Chapman University and currently pursuing an MBA at UCLA, he has excelled as a Real-Time Lead and GFX/VFX Generalist, working with notable companies such as Ingenuity Studios, Amazon Studios, and Blur Studio. His specialization in virtual production, blueprint coding, and motion graphics has contributed to high-profile projects involving artists such as Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Shawn Mendes, Maroon 5, Morgan Freeman, and Mr. Beast. Taos is also an avid rock climber and traveler, finding inspiration and balance through exploring new heights and cultures.

David Cannava
Director of Operations
David Cannava is a versatile professional from Los Angeles with expertise in technology and music. With a degree in Business Administration, David has excelled as COO of Analogue Artists, Inc., where he led the development of advanced XR and water fountain control technologies. At Create This, LLC, a creative studio, he transformed projection and XR technology for high-profile clients such as Nike, Google and Meta. Previously, as the owner of DMD Music, LLC, he successfully managed music production and events in Hollywood. David is known for his innovation, leadership, and strong technical skills across various sectors. Outside of production, David enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and rock climbing.

Irfan Nathoo
Creative Director
Irfan is a multifaceted creative professional, blending technology, aesthetics, and sound as a creative director, futurist, artist, and producer. As the former creative director of Create This, he led innovative visual productions, including a pioneering XR volume setup in Los Angeles. Now, as co-founder and CEO of Analogue Artists Inc., he drives projects in art, sound, fashion, and technology at WET Studios. Irfan also performs as 'Lazersonic' and has a DJ career that includes Glastonbury and MTV Soundsystem. He is a former British U9 Chess Champion.

Edoardo Marino
Stage Manager
Originally from Sicily, Italy, Edoardo moved to Los Angeles at the age of 12, driven by his ambition to become a prominent visual artist. Throughout his college years, he immersed himself in indie film productions, gaining hands-on experience in various roles. Edoardo’s extensive knowledge of camera and lighting equipment led to opportunities with top entertainment studios, including DreamWorks, Viacom, Refinery29, Vice, and Paramount. His entrepreneurial acumen in managing and monetizing in-house stages has earned him a reputation as a reliable stage manager, particularly at XTR and now at WET Design’s new LED volume stage by Image Cauldron. Edoardo is recognized for his resourcefulness and is the go-to professional for any production needs. Beyond film and virtual production, Edoardo is also a business owner, running a women's fashion design company and co-owning his family's restaurant, where he enjoys spending time on weekends, either cooking or serving.
